Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or redeeming a Classique Beauty Therapy gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Non-refundable: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
Validity: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced vouchers. Treat them like cash.
Non-transferable: Vouchers are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.
Use for Services Only: Vouchers can be redeemed for treatments only and cannot be used to purchase retail products unless specified.
Booking Required: All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please mention your voucher when booking.
Cancellation Policy: Our standard cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations (under 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the voucher value.
Remaining Balance: If the voucher value exceeds the treatment total, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use within the expiry date.
Promotions: Cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts running at Classique Spa and Beauty Therapy .
