Pre Care Instructions for Facials​
Avoid active skincare products (like retinol, AHAs/BHAs, Vitamin C or exfoliants) for at least 48 hours before your facial.
Do not wax, shave, or thread your face within 24–48 hours prior to your appointment to prevent irritation.
Avoid heavy sun exposure or tanning for at least 72 hours before your facial.
Remove makeup before arrival, if possible. If not, we’ll happily cleanse your makeup off for you.
Let us know if you’re using prescription skincare or have any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities.

Post Care General Instructions for Facial
Avoid active skincare ingredients (like retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or Vitamin C) for at least 5 days after your facial.
Skip makeup for the rest of the day if possible, to let your skin breathe and fully absorb the benefits.
Avoid sun exposure, saunas, and hot showers for 24–48 hours, as your skin will be more sensitive.
Do not pick, squeeze, or exfoliate your skin—let any breakouts or flaking heal naturally.
Keep skin hydrated by applying a gentle moisturiser and drinking plenty of water.
Use SPF daily, especially after exfoliating treatments or peels.
