Brow & Lash Pre Care Instructions
Before Your Appointment
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and brows (no mascara or brow products).
Avoid applying oils, serums, or moisturisers around the eye area on the day of your appointment.
Avoid waterproof mascara or heavy eye makeup for at least 24 hours prior.
If you've recently had eye irritation, infections, or cosmetic treatments (Botox, peels, skin needling), please let us know before your appointment.
For lash lifts or brow laminations, avoid lash curlers or brow styling products for 24 hours prior.
Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it may cause eye fluttering.

Patch Testing
For first-time tinting clients, a patch test is recommended 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying makeup to the treated area.
Avoid oil-based skincare around the brows and lashes.
Avoid lash curlers and brow styling products.

Brush lashes or brows daily with a clean spoolie.
Use a conditioning serum to keep hairs healthy.
Avoid exfoliants or peels near the eye area.

Rebooking Tip:
To maintain your lash lift or brow lamination results, we recommend rebooking every 6–8 weeks.
To maintain your tinting or waxing results, we recommend rebooking every 4-6 weeks.
