Brows & Lashes Pre Care Instructions
To ensure the best possible results from your brow and lash treatments, please follow these simple guidelines:
Before Your Appointment:
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and brows — no mascara, brow products, or skincare around the area.
Avoid applying oils, serums, or moisturisers to the eye area on the day of your appointment.
Avoid waterproof mascara or heavy eye makeup for at least 24 hours prior — this can leave residue and affect results.
If you've had any recent eye infections, irritation, sunburn, or cosmetic treatments in the area (e.g. Botox, skin needling, or chemical peels), please let us know beforehand.
For lash lifts and brow laminations: Avoid using lash curlers or brow styling products (like soap or wax) for at least 24 hours prior.
Avoid caffeine before your appointment - it can make your eyes flutter and affect precision.
For first-time tinting clients, a patch test is recommended at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Important Reminder:
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or have reacted to lash or brow tints in the past, please inform us ahead of time.

Brow & Lash Aftercare Instructions
To maintain your results and keep your brows and lashes looking their best, please follow these aftercare guidelines:
For the First 24–48 Hours After Treatment:
Avoid getting the treated area wet (no swimming, steam, saunas, hot showers, or sweating).
Do not touch, rub, or apply makeup to the treated area.
Avoid oil-based skincare products, creams, or cleansers around the eyes and brows.
Refrain from using lash curlers or brow pencils/gels.
Avoid sunbeds, tanning, and excessive sun exposure.
Additional Tips:
For lash lifts and brow laminations: Gently brush your lashes or brows daily with a clean spoolie to maintain shape.
Keep the area nourished with a lash or brow conditioning serum (we can recommend one!).
Avoid harsh exfoliants or peels near the eye area to prolong your tint or lamination.
Rebooking Tip:
To maintain your lash lift, tint, or brow lamination results, we recommend rebooking every 6–8 weeks.
