Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Please be aware when purchasing a voucher that there is a 6 month expiry date and it must be used before the date on the voucher. We will not be held responsible if the voucher is not used before the expiry date.
- Defaced, mutilated, altered or lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- Our voucher's cannot be used to purchase products they can only be used for a service.
- All Gift Vouchers are Non-Transferable.
- Vouchers must be presented at time of payment and quoted when booking as part of your deposit. Prices for treatments are subject to change.
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special deals or accounts.
- Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
- Unused balance on expiry of gift vouchers will not be refunded or credited.
- Purchases exceeding available balance require difference by another method.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be shared.
- Gift Vouchers are not able to be redeemed between the period of the 14th of December and the 5th January due to the Christmas Rush, Limited Appointment Availabilities and Classique's Closedown Period - any vouchers expiring within this time period will be extended as a token of good faith to the end of January the following year.
Classique Spa & Beauty Therapy Policy
If you need to postpone or cancel your appointment please make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance. Please note failure to arrive at your appointment (no call, or no show) will deem gift vouchers void. Cancellations on the day of appointment if less than 4 hours will render the voucher void.
If you need to cancel your appointment please be mindful that we do need notice as appointments are sought after. We require at lease 4 hours minimum unless it cannot be helped and we all know life happens and sometimes unfortunate's happen we are understanding of this fact. Please consider our staff and remember they have taken great care in preparing your room or Nail area for your expected arrival, if you simply do not show up or not give us a call then some-one else could have had that appointment please do us the courtesy of plenty of notice. If the appointment is over 30 minutes we will require a deposit to be paid and if you do not show we will retain this. No exceptions
Large Appointments and group bookings will require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of bookings. Please refer to our cancellation policy above.
- Please Note: At Classique We Do Not Have The Ability To Process Credit Cards However If Purchasing From Away Please Feel Free To Contact Us and We Will Supply You With The Bank Details To Do A Bank Deposit/Transfer.
