Always wear gloves where possible when exposing hands to lot's of water,chemicals or gardening.If you are constantly washing your hands throughout the day it will dry the skin out, more-so in summer. The best way to prevent this is to use a hand cream at least 4 times a day. Always have a tube in your handbag, on your desk or in your handbag so you will use it constantly.Your nails and cuticles need lots of care. Apply a little nail oil to the cuticles and lightly push back. This prevents the need for cutting them. Jagged edges look unsightly.
