Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please give a courtesy phone call at lease 24 hours in advance. If it is a no show no call on the day it will incur a 50% fee. Our policy with Gift Vouchers:If there is a no call no show then the voucher will be deemed void. (no exceptions)Must give at least 4 hours notice to cancel or postpone if not the voucher will be void.Our vouchers have a 6 month expiry date, and can only be used for Treatments. They cannot be shared (ie: if the voucher is for an amount it is only to be used by the person it is made out to)Gift Vouchers are Non-TransferablePlease refer to our cancellation policy on our gift voucher page for full conditions.
Large Appointments and group bookings will require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of bookings. Please refer to our cancellation policy above.

Arriving Early
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, for Facials, Massage, Spa Treatments, and first time Electrolysis this allows time for any questions you or your therapist may have and to fill out a consultation form. It is important to let your therapist know if you have any medical conditions or contraindications that could affect the treatment before the treatment commences
